Yes, we provide warranty to our machines and Motors from dealers or Manufacturers based on some conditions. ,Normally, we offer to provide a warranty against manufacturing defects, for 12 months from the date of dispatch from our works. ,Free replacements during the warranty period, will have to be mutually agreed upon. For bought-out items, the scope & period of warranty will be to the extent that it is offered to us by our suppliers. ,Items that are subject to normal wear and tear even within the warranty period, perishable items, and electrical, electronic, Hydraulic, Pneumatic items with a finite life are excluded from the scope of free warranty replacement. ,We provide Test Certificates of motors along with machines despatch.

Normally we provide Annual Maintenance service. At the time we will give instruction about the parts you can maintain it without the stoppage of machines.

At the time of delivery, we will conduct the trial run by the same material what you are planned to use to run in your plant.

2 – 3 days training (If applicable), on operation & maintenance of the machine will be provided for One engineers at your Factory. All traveling, lodging & boarding expenses will be on buyers account.

We got an official Order confirmation from client then we will share the machine diagram, civil diagram to you. IN case if you needed in person Installation charges Extra (Air-ticket, staying, and connected expenses to be paid by your company) our specialists will supervise installation & commissioning. This excludes training of your personnel.
Before the arrival of our service personnel, the machine should have been shifted and positioned at the location and the electrical connections should be made.

No, we do not arrange bank loan for you, but we provide necessary documents to avail bank loan.

Yes, we are one of the members in M1Exchange.

We gave you elaborated quotation to you. In that quotation we will machine price, electrical, electronic, Hydraulic, Freight, Insurance and packaging.
Based on quotation and your Official order confirmed only we will bill you and supply you.

We deliver the machine within 90 – 100 days approx. from the date of confirmation of order along with applicable advance payment.

No, Freight charges paid by the client, local charges from our factory to port of dispatch will be extra and it will be added in the Quotation.

No, Transit insurance is on the buyer's account. Dispatch particulars will be intimated to buyers.
