Our Machine Shop:

We have a wide range of machineries in various types at our Machine Shop for making heavy machines in own manufacturing. We are only person have this type of special equipment’s of Heavy machinery manufacturing of paper pulp machine manufacturing sector. We are doing all our machining and assembly processes within our place only.

Hydraulic Press:

We have a huge capacity of Hydraulic Press up to 300 Tons Capacity. Nobody has this type of machinery in this field.

Lathe Section:

22 feet Centre lathe: We have High precision 22 feet Centre lathe. It has a Machining capacity of maximum 80inch Diameter and Shaft Machining maximum 16 Feet length and a centre Height of 30inch. We have a wide range of Lathes such as below, 16 Feet Lathe – 1 No. 12 Feet Lathe - 2 Nos. 7 1/2 Feet Lathe – 1 No.

Special Attachments for Lathe:

We have a specialized Slitting Attachment in our Lathe section. Slitting of Flanges up to Día 35”

Keyway Machining Attachment:

We have a individual setup for Keyway machining of shafts length up to 13 Feet length.

Shaping Machine:

We have a 3-foot traveling length shaping machine. Huge sizes of jobs can accurately be done by our machine.

Radial Drilling Machine:

Radial Drilling M/c of Día 2” Drilling capacity.

Vertical Milling Machine:

Radial Drilling M/c of Día 2” Drilling capacity.

Slotting Machine:

We have well-maintained Slotting M/c.

Welding Section:

We have professionally skilled MIG and TIG welders and well equipped machines to complete the project.

Generator:

We are focusing on unintereopt machine manufacturing process. That why we installed 50kva Mahindra Powerol generator.

Employees:

We have skilled and well experienced employees, and we provide periodic training to them for updated current scenarios.

Our Team:

We have individual departments for handling projects. Our Production, Quality Control, and Planning Department jointly monitor the project activity closely till completion.

Raw Material Sourcing:

We choose the right supplier with the right quality product for fulfilling customer needs. We purchase the raw materials from verified suppliers.

Maintenance:

We follow scheduled maintenance for our machines to maintain machining accuracy in our machine shop.
