Our Terms and Conditions

Drawing:

a. The Necessary Drawing is provided after the order confirmation.
b. If you need a Drawing before Order Confirmation, you must pay 2% of the Order value, which will be adjusted on your same order.
c. Drawing amount we do not adjust or carry forward to the next or other order.

Price Quoted:

Ex. Works Dindigul, exclusive of Packing, Freight, insurance, sales taxes & duties applicable at the time of dispatch, will be extra to your account.

Packing Charges:

Required Parts will be duly packed as per our standard & charges will be included. For wooden case/ Other packing we will be charged extra @ 3% of the cost project/Machine.

Payment terms:

a. 70% advance along with the Purchase Order and 20% balance against Proforma Invoice before dispatch and 10% against successful trial and customer site. Vide Online/ Cheque / DD in the name of RAMSON MACHINE WORKS.
b. All Bank Charges will be to your Account. Delay in the Payment will delay in the Delivery.
c. If the delivery of the machine is not taken against the balance payment within a week/ten days from the date of our reminder in this regard, then the interest @ 30% per annum shall be charged from the stipulated date till the time of payment.

Taxes : GST

Industrial machinery tax applicable GST-18% as per Government norms. As per Indian government tax GST is not applicable for export client or sale outside from India.

Freight/ Transport Charges:

Freight charges paid by the client, local charges from our factory to port of dispatch will be extra and it will be added in the Performa invoice.

Machine Inspection:

Basic functions of the machine with accessories as ordered will be demonstrated at our factory.

Transit Insurance (Optional):

To Buyer’s Account. Dispatch particulars will be intimated to Buyer. OR 1% Insurance will be charged. (Optional).

Delivery:

90 Days from the date of receipt of technically / commercially clear purchase order with Advance Payment. Except for all holidays.

Installation & Commissioning:

a. Installation charges Extra (Air-ticket, staying, and connected expenses to be paid by your company) Our specialists will supervise installation & commissioning. This excludes training of your personnel.
b. Before the arrival of our service personnel, the machine should have been shifted and positioned at the location and the electrical connections should be made.
c. Energizing and testing the machine should be done only in the presence of our service personnel.
d. All material handling equipment and labor have to be provided free of cost from your end.

Warranty:

We offer to provide a warranty against manufacturing defects, for 12 months from the date of dispatch from our works.
Free replacements during the warranty period will have to be mutually agreed upon. For bought-out items, the scope & period of warranty will be to the extent that it is offered to us by our suppliers.
Items that are subject to normal wear and tear even within the warranty period, perishable items, and electrical, electronic, Hydraulic, Pneumatic items with a finite life are excluded from the scope of free warranty replacement.
Repairs or replacement of any item during the warranty period do not automatically extend the warranty of the whole machine or part thereof.

Cancellation:

If an order with advance payment is canceled by you, we reserve the right to forfeit the advance and to recover from you all the consequential losses, including the value of all work completed and in process.

Operational Training:

1 – 2 days training (If applicable), on operation & maintenance of the machine will be provided for One engineers at your Factory. All traveling, lodging & boarding expenses will be on buyer's account.

Jurisdiction:

All contracts between us and purchasers are subject to Jurisdiction of Dindigul (Tamil Nadu), INDIA.

Validity:

For 30 days from the date of this offer and thereafter subject to revision/confirmation from our end.
